Every project we undertake demands a technology that does not yet exist. So we invent it first, then integrate it into the architecture itself. From atmospheric water harvesting systems developed for the Baobab Safari Resort, to dual-axis kinetic solar mirrors engineered for Fiji Solar Crown, to programmable biological surfaces designed to dissolve into nature at Layer Zero — our technology is never an afterthought. MASK is led by Oznur Pinar Cer and Danilo Petta — architects, industrial designers, inventors, and watch designers. Together they have built a practice that refuses the boundaries between disciplines. From the ateliers of Jacob & Co. and Bulgari to the construction sites of Istanbul Airport. After spending more than ten years across the ateliers of Jacob & Co., Bulgari, and Purnell — mastering the art of micro-mechanical watch design and luxury industrial craft — Danilo Petta co-founded MASK with a clear vision: to bring the same obsessive precision of Swiss watchmaking into architecture and industrial design, creating work that operates at every scale, from wrist to orbit.
