Espinas Hotel Group and the Amiri Family, one of Iran’s most respected figures in hospitality, to create a new identity for one of Tehran’s most significant landmarks. Together, we have explored multiple visionary design directions, aiming to redefine the relationship between tradition and modernity. The first five floors form a monumental base, hosting a vibrant mix of restaurants, cafés, and commercial areas that activate the surrounding urban fabric and serve as a welcoming gateway to the tower’s hospitality and residential levels.
